The Brief & Core Challenge
Musannada Corporate Group participated as a platinum sponsor at the Saudi Infrastructure & Contracting Expo in Riyadh Front. With only 36 hours of venue access prior to the VIP opening ceremony, the challenge required pre-fabricated spatial architecture, seamless structural integrity, and integration of interactive display media.
The booth had to reflect institutional prestige, accommodate heavy foot traffic of over 4,000 visitors, and feature an acoustically damped VIP meeting lounge within strict venue height regulations.
Fabrication & Delivery
Our Strategic Solution
Creative Legend designed and manufactured the pavilion modularly inside our Riyadh industrial workshop. We pre-assembled all timber carpentry, high-gloss spray-painted divider partitions, and fabricated custom silicone-edge tension fabric (SEG) illuminated lightboxes.
On-site assembly was completed by our 14-man overnight rigging and finishing crew in just 22 hours, 14 hours ahead of schedule. We integrated warm 3000K indirect LED cove illumination, concealed cable trunking, and brushed gold titanium 3D acrylic signage.
