All print-ready files must include a 0.125 inch (1/8") bleed on all four sides. Keep critical text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the final trim line (safe margin) to avoid cutting errors.
Always prepare your files in CMYK color mode (ISO Coated v2 or GRACoL 2006). If you submit RGB or Pantone spot files without explicit instructions, our prepress RIP software will automatically convert them to CMYK, which can result in subtle color variance.
Gloss provides a vibrant reflective shine that makes saturated colors pop. Matte delivers a sophisticated non-glare surface that is easy to read under bright lights. Soft-Touch Velvet adds a micro-thin tactile suede coating that feels smooth, luxurious, and ultra-premium.
Every order includes a digital PDF soft proof at no charge. If your project requires an exact calibrated physical press proof (e.g. for enterprise packaging or book publications), we can produce a single hard-copy proof for a nominal setup fee.

Once your press run is completed, packed, and scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated tracking notification via email and SMS. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard metro courier delivery.
